Erik not only helped us find the apartment that we both fell in love with, but he showed us so many different places and drove us to all of them. Prior to the showings, he had showed us many different links of possible places and ensured that all of our needs were met. Amazing person to work with!

I stumbled upon Carlson Realty by accident but I'm so, so, SO glad I did. I reached out about a listing they had posted which was no longer available, but regardless, Erik got back to me super quick and asked what I was looking for and how he could be of help.I am moving to Chicago from Kentucky on a very tight timeframe so I sent him a list of my must-haves and budget and he got back to me quickly with options that were all exactly what I asked for. He sent wonderful videos touring the place I was most interested in which brought me some serious peace of mind because I was signing on a place I wasn't going to have time to see in person before I moved.Erik always answered all of my questions, was easy to get a hold of, worked with the apartment complex management when there was confusion/urgency, and was with me every step of the way. Next time I move within the city of Chicago I will 100% go with Carlson Realty again! I cannot thank Erik enough for making this transition so easy and as stress-free as possible!

I had the pleasure of working directly with the managing broker, Erik Carlson. Very responsive and helped me land the deal on my current lease. Professional, easy to work with, and even went out of his way to schedule a time in the later evening that was outside the normal showing times. If/when I look for another apartment or decide to buy later on, I’ll be looking to reconnect with him again.

Erik is a true professional. He was very patient and responsive and super helpful for our cross-state move. He understood our criteria within the first conversation and did tour multiple units virtually on our behalf. He is also very honest and had a great knowledge of the neighborhoods and buildings in Chicago. Highly recommend him ad a realtor. Will definitely work with him again in the future.

Working with Erik was an impeccably streamlined and simple experience. He quickly provided apartments tailored to my needs all while being reliable and responsive. I was able to find a place within weeks of working with him (and any slowness of the process was directly related to my own indecisiveness!) Erik set up tours asap and made it a no-stress, supported decision making process. Could not have asked for a better resource to navigate the apartment hunt in downtown Chicago.

Due to current COVID-19 restrictions, I was unable to tour apartments for my upcoming move to Chicago. Erik was super helpful in sending photos, videos, and available units to help me find the perfect apartment in just 1 day. He was extremely responsive and looked out to make sure we were getting the full information on each property since we were unable to walk through ourselves. Less than a week later and I have a fully executed lease.Erik made sure that were not alone throughout the search, signing, and execution process. I will definitely work with him again. Carlson Realty Group was so helpful in helping us find an apartment in Chicago! We only had a month before our move-in date and were not going to be able to be in Chicago to see the apartments ourselves. Erik toured the units for us and provided detailed video walk throughs for us to help us choose our next home. When we ran into some trouble with the building management company, Erik was there for us every step of the way. He came up with a solution, worked it out with the building, and took all of our stress away. It was so nice to have a trusted parter who had our back throughout this process. We'll definitely work with Erik to find our next home!
