can’t say enough about how trustworthy and professional Steve at Car-X Tire and Auto is. From the moment I walked in, he made me feel confident that my car was in good hands. He explained everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services, and was honest about what needed to be done right away versus what could wait. That level of transparency is rare in the auto industry, and it really stood out. The work was done quickly and correctly, and I left knowing I had been treated fairly. Bob is the best! Let me mention that applies to his team as well. If Bob's team doesn't provide a particular service he always provides a referral. He tells me to them I'm a friend of his. Today for example I needed my key fob battery changed out. He said they don't do that but sent me across the street to Auto Sound Barrier. 10 bucks and a few minutes and now I can count on my car starting! I've been a customer since 1997 and am bringing my fourth vehicle to Bob and never receive anything less than exemplary service. Thanks so much Bob! I'll say it again, you're the best!
