to replace my cracked windshield. One of the best businesses I’ve ever had dealings with.
I was out of there in 1 hour. The windshield installer bought me out to the bay and explained everything to me before starting with the windshield replacement. Also great price. If I had four arms I’d give this place four thumbs up! They will also come to your location to do the install.”

“After a rocky start due to continued miscommunications, I was able to receive excellent service here by working directly with Ryan Flynn, the general manager. If you have any troubles along the way I suggest you reach out to him directly. It took about two weeks to complete a door scratch/replacement. Final product is of great quality and craftsmanship.”

“Someone smashed in my window, and Bucktown Auto Body completely fixed my car, making it look brand new. They cleaned up all the millions of glass pieces, replaced my window, and left my car working perfectly, faster than they said they would get the work done (done in two business days). I drove the car in without an appointment, they worked directly with my insurance, and they even stored the car a little longer than needed at no charge. They went above and beyond!”
“They did a good job installing my windshield the only thing is that i called for a quote and they gave me a price and when i got there they gave me another price and it was a difference of $30 dls and the person there said i must of heard or wrote it down wrong thats why i asked 2x on new and used but they told me they didn't have any used windshield for my vehicle but other then that had good experience with them took them about 1hr or less to install my windshield”
“Fantastic. I needed a back window replaced on my car. I dropped my car with a shattered window and the new window off the same day i called them and picked I’ve up less than 24 hours later. Great job, very reasonable pricing (which was the exact amount he said it would be) any he was pleasant, straight forward and the shop guys did a great job putting the window in. I do not recall the man’s name that help ed me but i’d recommend this place to anyone who can use their services. 5 ?!”

“Excellent and friendly service. They worked with the dealer to take care of some additional stuff they found under my existing warranty - I would never have known to fix this issue had they not found it and with warranty soon to expire I would have been stuck with the cost out of pocket.
The repairs they did from the car accident were exceptional. My Jeep looks like brand new. They even found some room in the budget to touch up some minor previous damage.

“After finding out that in the middle of-8° in Chicago the sunroof on my Yukon Denali had shattered, fair to say that I was distraught and frustrated. Manny put me to ease when I called the shop and told me that I could bring my car in the same day. “This is my second experience with Gerber Collision on 63rd St. I was very satisfied then, and am more satisfied today.
My car was repaired in 2 days, George eliminated a scuff (that I hadn't even noticed) free of charge the day I went in to have the damage evaluated. They worked closely with the Enterprise location that I chose (which was close to them) to ensure a ride from Enterprise to Gerber after dropping off the rental.
I interacted with the receptionist, George, and David who I saw all before, about 1 year ago. This was important to me because employee retention let's me know (or at least gives the impression) that Gerber is treating their employees well. I hope that it true because my experiences have been A1 and this team is making Gerber look very good right now. Thank you.”
