I don't leave 5 star reviews much, but I have to say Capron, Avgerinos & Heinlen, P.C.have a 5 star on hand in Rocco!!! From my beginning phone call to closing my case his advice has been very professional & client based. Never have I filed anything and Rocco took me tthrough the process every step of the way. “Not all Superheroes wear capes…” While I understand that it would be beneficial to provide some context as to why I needed representation by this firm, I cannot do so at this time, but what I will say is that when I was faced with the complexities surrounding an injury…I knew that I could not navigate this journey alone. Stephen Smalling is the man . He was very aggressive with workman’s comp and very very patient with my questions. He handled my workman’s comp case very well. I was pleased with the outcome. He’s also handling a automobile accident for me as well. I recommend him for your workman comp assistance or any injury case ???

I went to multiple attorneys till I found Dan Capron. They all said I didn't have a case. Dan took the time to get all the details and present all the facts needed to get the settlement. I have recommended him in the past and will always do so!! Hard to find attorneys that care about you personally!!
