Almost 3 years of service so far, so good. We have around 70 cameras on our site and have no trouble with any. We’ve even added a couple to test out the service and boy oh boy did it work out in our favor. We continue to get customer service to answer our questions, and get realistic, helpful, and prompt responses. We recommend Cam9Install because someone has to program these cameras, someone has to communicate with them, and work with us to also operate them accordingly. Our team also appreciate not having to service our cameras because Cam9Install is happy to take that work and maintain the business relationship.We believe innovative ideas are enhancing tech rapidly, so we are happy to be with the times, and plan to keep modern tech on site by choosing Cam9Install for consulting and installing services.Service: It consulting

Cam9install has been top notch professionals today. I am more than happy with my camera installation. The quality and the visibility it's just wondeful!. All the cabling around my house wasn't even visible (wow). It was very very professionally done. I want to thank Jose for taking the time explaining every single detail there is to know on the system, such as from getting it started to navigating on my cell phone. Explaining was key factor and important to me, especially because i am not familiar with surveillance camera systems. CAM9 has been more than a company to me personally. Now I feel more at peace knowing that my family is safe. Thanks CAM9 and crew, I will definetly do more business in the future.

This company is hands down the best in the Chicagoland area. Instantly, I could tell that I was dealing with professionals. The owner Jose, is a down to earth guy, is very experience in the trade and operates with integrity. I was very pleased for the bang for your buck that I received. His camera are all weather, crystal clear, and have night vision functions. I know that they work because he installed the same cameras on my uncles house several years ago before they were common. The resolution and functionality has not changed (almost a decade later). Only after doing my homework did I decide to go with Cam9instal. The cameras are wired and installed cleanly with an interior 24/7 hard drive, and smartphone accessible (Wi-Fi). The Benifits of going with Cam9install is that you do not need to pay for a subscription, have a particular Internet provider, or have to replace batteries on your unit. competitors in the area need to beware...Cam9instal is in The house. Also, payment was very simple, there were zero fees associated with credit card transactions and the installation was completed in one day (4 cameras / 360-degree protection ). Thank you Cam9install. Above and beyond service! I found myself over my head on trying to accomplish my networking goals for my restaurant. Jose and team came through, surveyed my current setup, listened to my growth needs, developed a very reasonable and succinct plan, and executed very professionally with no downtime to my operation.Then, on top of all that, they came through when one of my data jacks was misbehaving during my point-of-sale by another vendor. Vendor was going to halt and reschedule install, but with Cam9Install coming by and lending a hand, the emergency was averted.Definitely would recommend Jose and team.

I was thrilled with the help I got after I needed some help resetting my system. I called Jose, who picked up the phone while on vacation, and spent the next 25 minutes walking me through the whole process - free of charge. I couldn't believe that kind of responsiveness (I think a lot of places would have put me on a list an just sent someone out in week or two), so thank you Jose! (Now enjoy the rest of your vacation!)

Jose helped us troubleshoot our security camera system at our condo building. He was very responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. He took the time to look through everything and even came by to install our new camera when we were having issues with the system recognizing it on a Saturday evening.
