On sat. I went to go put $30 ofgas it stopped at $25.01 tapped the bank card inside i told the cashier that it stopped at that amount and he said the rest will go on the card again and it hasn't how long does it take to get a refund

On Saturday August 8th, I stopped to buy cigarettes and a energy drink. The cashier kept asking me to tap my card because the system couldn’t process the payment, I did as he said. I got charged three times the amount. In the evening, I stopped by and they said that over the weekend it could clear out. They told me to stop later when the manager is there because I need the card. I have been there and the manager isn’t there. I finally found the manager and he said to call my bank and that he needs my bank statement and he would refund my money back. I told him that’s stealing and he said no! I called as what he is a THIEF because he is stealing my money and his answer was I am making worst and he won’t give me my money back!!!! What a customer service!!!! I pointed out that all transactions are recorded because there is a sign on the front desk and he reads it and said he would give me a hard time giving refunding the money to my card!!!!!! Don’t not stop here for anything! They would make you doble tap the card and take your money away in plain sight!!!!!! It’s a fraudulent transaction and yet he doesn’t do anything to refund the money that they took!!!! Very disappointed with this experience

My go to convient gas ⛽ station. Never overcrowded in and out in the blink of an eye. I try to avoid the large gas ⛽ station I absolutely hate crowds and I prefer this place as my number one go to convient gas ⛽ station.
