Bought a new spring ring one year ago. Somehow it broke even though we are very careful with our jewelry. Now Bulgari won't stand behind the ring and we need to pay 50% of a new ring price for a replacement. The ring should be replaced at no cost to us. It's sad to see such a high-end company not take care of customers.

I found the perfect wedding band from BVLGARI and the French lady( Rika?) was super nice and sweet. She provided us the best service at the first time. Hannah also helped me reorder the wedding band. She is really enthusiastic and thoughtful! I absolutely had a very great experience with all the ladies in this store.

I have been a BVLGARI fan for a long time, however Guillaume Fremine went above & beyond for me on a very simple purchase which makes me an admiring customer for life. I recently purchased "au the Blanc" BVLGARI perfume at Nordstrom or Lord & Taylor (as I live in the Chicago suburbs & getting to the city during COVID-19 is difficult). Within 10 uses, the bottle nozzle became clogged & simply unusable. I tried to go back to Nordstrom and Lord & Taylor, but neither store would help me or replace the bottle because I did not have a receipt. (I finally got to the stores in October 2020, however the perfume was purchased in February 2020 due to the pandemic & I never kept the receipt) Ultimately Guillume tried a few different remedies & eventually fixed the nozzle. He offer to replace the bottle of perfume for no charge if the nozzle couldn't be repaired, which was extremely appreciated when Nordstrom and Lord & Taylor told me there was nothing they could do. Long story short, Guillaume fixed a $100 bottle of perfume for no charge & never once made me feel as if I was annoying him or wasting his time.

My favorite watch, a Bvlgari that I received as a gift from my father before he passed away, was in complete distress from years of being on my wrist. Finally, it kicked the bucket, and after doing some research, I was directed to Bvlgari on N. Michigan Ave in Chicago, Illinois. I am in Akron, Ohio. I made the phone call and Ms. Emily Liu informed me that she would be handling my transaction with the watch. I wanted a full refurbish, with new band, glass, and a complete inspection. She took my cell phone number, and the entire process was simply incredible. Texting me when she got the watch, texting me with the quote to fix the watch, and texting me when all was done and it was on it's way back.

I saw some wedding bands online and called the store to book an appointment. Emily answered the call and right away, she sent me a text so I could send her the picture of the ring I wanted. When my bf and I went to the store the next day, Emily was there standing, waiting for us. We weren't really sure if we wanted the ring or not because this was the first shop we went to. Long story short, Emily was just outstanding! She was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable about what type of ring would be best match for us. We told ourselves "let's just go there to look at it first" but ended up walking out the store with two wedding bands! Her customer service is just above and beyond and even after buying the ring, her follow ups were still amazing! If you need help choosing the right jewelry, I would definitely ask for Emily!
