I'm nauseated at how great the customer service here is. They know what I need before I need it. They are in my head, just amazing! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. When I need equipment, they come through. They hooked me up with demo SO bindings for my boyfriend so I can drag him onto the mountains with me.

Milo helped my daughter and I out today with a new pair of snowboard boots at the last minute - and to our benefit, she even suggested a great pair that was on sale! Milo is extremely knowledgeable and made several helpful suggestions to ensure we were absolutely prepared for our upcoming trip! We highly recommend Milo!!
