Overpriced, I will be finding a new vet to take my cats. Quoted almost $1500 for a teeth cleaning. Diarrhea issues were never resolved even after spending money on multiple visits and having multiple blood work completed.

I just wanted to give a big shout out for this veterinary hospital. They are in it for the right reason; to be there for animals. I am a hospital owner and credentialed veterinary technician in Florida visiting this beautiful city, and I found a terminally ill pigeon, and they helped me help this poor bird.
Thank you for being there for all animals!!!

Have helped my dog a couple times, were extremely respectful of my worry and gentle with my dog. She was totally fine!

I had a really good experience being a first time client. They listened to all of my concerns and treated Stanley well. I also appreciated that they were able to see him the next day that I called. He was sick and that spoke volumes to me. I will be using them as his primary care vet.

It's very easy, fast and convenient to take my cat here. We love seeing Dr. Olson but all of the vets and technicians are wonderful. Making an appointment using the online platform (and now via an app) is a little clunky, so I prefer to call for an appointment. I trust them to keep my cat healthy.

I used to really enjoy coming here, but after my last visit I felt as though I needed to leave this review. My cat passed away sadly last week, but leading up to her death I had taken her into Burnham for some concerns. They gave her an eye exam because she was having difficulties keeping her eye open and kept squinting in pain and I told our doctor that I felt she had something stuck in there. The doctor told me she was fine after the exam and said there was nothing wrong with her eye. I took Doja to another vet in River North called Vetique and they found a massive ulcer in her eye the day before she passed. It pains me to know she went a week with horrible pain from that ulcer that our doctor didn’t even see. Doctor Olson also never called back to make a treatment plan for Doja which also really upset me, only called back to tell me Doja’s blood work and told me to take her to an emergency vet when I told her how the medication she prescribed Doja was causing her to act, which caused me to move to another vet for the last week of Doja’s life that made me feel very welcome and seen and not annoying for asking questions- the vet that found her ulcer. I’m just really disappointed with the lack of care from Burnham. Vetique has gone out of their way to send stuff regarding pet loss and grief and has done so much for me and Doja despite only going there for one week, making us feel like family. Burnham pet plaza has shown me that they don’t have the time in their day to fully care or give your pet the best treatment plan.

I've been going to Burnham for many years. They've had some front desk staff changes over the years, that came with great improvements....now in 2024.
The staff of doctors have always been consistent. They give straightforward advice and information. They're good at answering questions and giving aftercare instructions. The hospital also does follow-up phone calls on all visits...
We recently had dental work done for my dog that required extracting teeth. They recommended a plan that includes the dental work, vaccinations and unlimited office visit up to a year. You can either pay for the plan upfront or pay over time.
Price cost was somewhat reasonable.
I don't have any complaints, or concerns....

They don’t even deserve the one star my mom brought my baby my dog to this place to get spade and they told us she would be fine that the surgery will go well but they lied they messed up her surgery they messed it up so bad that my dog passed away. The whole staff won’t take accountability for what happend. To them she was just a property but to me my dog ment everything to me. If you want your dog to stay with you a little longer don’t bring them here.

Love this animal hospital! The vets and vet techs treat my dog so well. Only thing bad is the parking because there’s no parking lot and you mostly have to find it on the street :(
