Burlington store, was a good shopping experience. Wasn't too crowded, like Christmas holiday time. My, mother bought most of what she was shopping for.

Clothing, household items, discomfort, bags, decorative items this and more in Burlington, on the most popular avenue in Chicago, it is not the most beautiful place but it is very tidy and has an elevator

Massive collection of street/designer looks... whenever I visit I always end up with a handful of items but the fact that this location refuses to reopen the fitting rooms really discourages me to shop here. They expect you to buy and then come back to return items. Ridiculous and horrible customer experience in that regard. Also its always hot in this store.

Weird system to get inside the store - employees block off the escalator and have to constantly remove that blockage. Fitting rooms are permanently closed. Barely any cashiers at any given moment. Employees laugh when you mention it’s hot and there’s no AC. Not worth the hassle of coming back to return clothes. Don’t get the point of making affordable stores feel unpleasant, just say you hate poor people and shut it down.

Pretty average Burlington selection (which is to say, terrible) in a post-apocalyptic shopping environment. The TJ Maxx upstairs is so much better I don’t know why you’d shop here unless you weren’t able to.

Stay away!! Unless you have 30 minutes to wait in the checkout line. It's always packed with only 3/20 counters open for checkout

I would give them zero stars their manager is very unprofessional. She said I had a phone interview at 3:45 but I called her 4:20 to see what was going on. She didn't even give me an interview and only talked about flex hours.SHE WASTED MY TIME SHE HAVE NEVER ASKED TO DO AN INTERVIEW WITH ME. SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED
