I have ALWAYS wanted a Burberry purse and finally found myself in the perfect life opportunity to purchase one - and was so happy to have that chance in Chicago! Marco helped myself and a friend select the perfect bag and wallet while talking to us about music while we sipped champagne. I was on cloud 9! Marco helped when when my monogrammed strap didn't come in correct and helped make sure everything was delivered to me in Virginia. I'm definitely looking forward to when I return to shop again!

This store has a nice setup. They have 2 different floors. I bought a purse here a couple years ago and I love it! No problems at all. Customer service is great. I didn’t feel rushed and they helped me with all my questions. I will be retuning here in the future!

What drew me into the store was how beautiful it looked outside. The customer service in there was amazing, the woman who helped me was so kind and so eager to help. She answered all of my questions and handled my transaction smoothly. This is my favourite Burberry store for 2 reasons: the building architecture and the customer service.
