Terrible selection for the high prices they were trying to charge - way too many items from fast fashion places like SheIn/Brandy Melville/H&M/etc. None of the workers seemed to be having a good time, seems like an unhealthy work environment. Left feeling worse than when I came in, definitely won’t be going back.

Waited an hour to have our merchandise reviewed. Then waited another 1/2 hour to have the clothing looked at and rejected by the tall boy with strawberry colored hair. Why so long? He couldn’t stop talking to his coworkers! He’d hold a piece of clothing in his hands, and then turn his head to talk about irrelevant topics unrelated to his job. We had Zara, Brandy Melville, H&M, and more - some of which were worn only once - and he rejected it all. We went down the street to another store on Clark Street and they took it all! There are 2 reasons we won’t recommend shopping here - the 1.5 hour wait, and the lack of fashion knowledge of the boy reviewing the clothing.

Extremely weird experience I would not recommend. Distinct mothball smell. I bought a shirt and it made me itchy and scratchy and whatnot :/ I came back and told them about it and the blond worker there literally started gnashing her teeth and growling at me like she was rabid or something… I never ran so fast outta there. she frightened me.

Literally this is the worst Buffalo Exchange I have ever been to and highly say you avoid at all costs. The selection was terrible and the staff seemed unfriendly and rude except for one guy who worked there with longer-ish hair. Do not go here, super bad vibes.

Tall guy with strawberry hair was very friendly and attentive, definitely knows a lot about clothes! Didn’t take anything from my landfills worth of Brandy Melville and Shein though, somebody fire him ASAP

Good selection of items rude employee. I was selling some clothes and the employee helping me was very rude and an attitude. It was like he didn’t even want to be working there. I don’t think I’ll be coming back at least not to this location
