TERRIBLE customer service. Over the years, my husband and I have easily spent 6 figures on Cucinelli clothing, shoes, belts, purses, pillows, throws, and other. Sadly, we've noticed the quality going downhill; sweaters pilling, monili detaching, and seams opening. Our personal shopper explained that the wool being used was downgraded and quality complaints have been increasing. We went to the Oak Street store in Chicago for assistance/repairs with a pair of boots: monili detached. (I wore the boots no more than three times.) They had my boots for over a year, claiming to having sent the boots to Italy for repair. When the boots were returned, they were in much worse condition. The store manager refused to do anything more. They provided no refunds, no credits. Very sad and disappointed to have a luxury designer not stand behind their work. The designs are beautiful but the quality is hit or miss. We won't be purchasing anything from Brunello Cucinelli any longer.

The entire staff was very welcoming. My wife and I visited this past weekend dressed very modestly and mentioned I have never purchased from there but I'm interested in trying on some clothes to see what fits. An hour later, they'd found my size and the next day I was back for my first shirt, which will definitely not be my last. If you're interested in giving Brunello Cucinelli a shot, I highly recommend this store.

This used be next door to Oliver Peoples but they moved next door to Versace. They opened in November '21. This is much bigger with a second floor. They have Men's and Women's clothing. Some items start at 21k and up. Also, they carry some Oliver Peoples products.

Called and spoke to a rep a week ago wanting to make appointment to buy a few suits while I was in town this week. I was told someone would call back to schedule. Never did. Poor customer service. I'll stick with Purple Label. Can't beat the level of service Gerald, an expert haberdasher, provides at Ralph Lauren. Really unmatched in Chicago and the handmade suits are stunning.
