Insurance isn't usually a top-of-mind thing for me, but when I have a question or need to file a claim, I want to work with someone responsive and knowledgeable. That's exactly what I got from the people at Brent Becker's office, particularly Jackie, who always amazed me by remembering who I was and the policies I had. They were all so professional, friendly and patient in answering my questions. I would highly recommend working with them.

I’ve been a customer for about 15 years from the recommendation of a trusted family member. All the members of this office provide excellent guidance, coverage, and customer service as they notable work together. Jackie is also a memorable rockstar. Often times businesses can use improvements in following up, that is not the case here. Thorough, reliable, and informative are the standards that have set the bar for my expectations on a provider. Not once have I had a complaint with State Farm due this team and the treatment received.

Been with Brent's agency for about 20 years.
Both Jackie & Samantha have always been helpful, courteous, friendly & highly professional. Never had any problems at all with service, which is rare nowadays. Very much appreciate this entire office.

We just purchased a new vehicle and when I called State
Farm to update our policy Sandy offered us the best quotes. She clearly explained to us the changes and listened to our concerns.

This State Farm office is wonderful to work with...Brent and his staff, especially Jackie, are so quick to respond and help with anything related to our home, car or work insurances. We have been with them for more than 10 years and we have had outstanding customer service and personal attention since day 1! We highly recommend this State Farm office!

Our insurance policies were transferred to backers office after my agent retired. Every single time I have called, they were courteous, and I felt that I was not rushed. Very nice staff and very friendly. It really seems like they want to help and that you are not just a number.love this new office.
