Two days ago I called this pharmacy to ask for a compounded medicine for my cat. They had my info in their system because I have been ordering from them four years ago but I stopped ordering medicines for my cats from them because the service was very poor. Now I decided to give them a second chance because I thought that for four years they must’ve improved their service. The woman who spoke with me on the phone asked me to sent an email with the prescription and my phone number and she said that she will get back to me the next day in the morning. It’s been two days now and nobody got back to me regarding this prescription so I ended up ordering the medicine for my sick kitty from a different pharmacy. I can see that for four years their customer service hasn’t improved much.

My issue with Braun is the guy you talk to sounds like an 18 year old with an I DON'T CARE TO BE HERE monotone voice that sounds robotic. The mumbling sounds that come from him make it seem like the pharmacy is bored and passive. My second complaint is when on IVF you need constant progesterone and I expected them to prompt me to refill the third and fourth vials. Now I have to call and refill etc. it adds more stress to the situation. My third complaint is they sent progesterone vials with tin caps that had zero instructions on how to open them and we ended up sticking the needle through the tin cap. Also there was no needle container to dispose the used needles. The other pharmacy did supply this. Just be more informative and get employees who want to be there to assist your customers---bottom line.

Sent incorrect supplies for injections and did not send all the supplies that were purchased. Very scary that a pharmacy can make these kinds of mistakes with injectable medication.

MICHAEL GETS 5 STARS.Pharmacy 4 STARS.I find it amazing that they wrote my CC # correctly but not my address. Either way Michael made sure I was refunded delivery cost and followed up. That was super nice. After all when you are paying for everything out of pocket every mess up and $ counts.Once again thanks Michael ! ??????

This place is amazing The pharmacist is amazing they delivered medication to me the same day 60 mi away. If you need a medication they will find a way to get it to you if you can't get it yourself.

Absolutely horrible experience - cannot recommend. They automatically run the claims through insurance before even contacting the patient. Which means the pharmacy I actually want to use couldn't fill my prescriptions - putting my treatment in jeopardy. Add in that every time I call and ask them to reverse the claims it takes DAYS for them to do it. Do not use. Go to Mandell's instead.

No accountability when the Lupron I paid for at the time of my order arrived with only syringes and zero medication. Because the medication never arrived, I missed out on this IVF cycle, which I had spent over $12K in three ovarian rejuvenation/PRP treatments plus airfare and lodging. PRP is most effective the first 90 days after treatment, which means I now need to pay for a fourth ovarian rejuvenation treatment plus lodging and airfare. I don’t know how medication is being sent missing it’s vials in this day and age. Thank you Braun for costing me in excess of $20K!!!
