It's such a discriminatory selection. Unfortunate. The clothes are all tiny and not worth the price. Yet, it was crowded. We said good bye as we walked out knowing we'd not go back. We can fit the clothes btw.

waited about an hour on sunday afternoon to enter. staff were nice for the most part unless you had to try on a lot of clothes. it is very very crowded inside even with the limit so be advised

there is high demand for this store but it is handled fine. kinda cramped inside with all the people but surprisingly well maintained/ organized!! expect to wait ~20 minutes outside

This was the first time we had ever been in Brandy, and this store was actually a nightmare. When we showed up to the store we had to wait in a 50 minute line and the store was extremely cramped and crowded. Almost impossible to walk around in. We got what we wanted and everything was in stock but I will be ordering online from on now.

Great place to shop, not exactly on the Mag, but right off on Walton. Fair prices, would return, very friendly staff even their security David and cashier I think she said Jaime?

Went on a Monday afternoon and had to wait in a 20ish minute line just to get inside the store. Selection was nice, not as large as other locations. Employees were very sweet and fitting rooms were easily accessible. Only real downside is the size and the lack of mobility you’re able to have while shopping. Overall, super cute, just wish they had more variety in clothes as well as space.

Dear Brandy Melville Customer Service,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at your Chicago store. During my visit with my daughter, we encountered several issues that left us very upset.
Firstly, there was a long line just to enter the store, which we patiently waited through. My daughter selected six outfits to try on, and we then had to wait in another long line for the fitting rooms. While she was trying on the clothes, I waited right outside. At no point were we informed of any time limits for the fitting rooms.
After a few minutes, an employee approached me and rudely stated that we needed to make our decision faster, citing a 10-minute policy for the fitting rooms. This was announced loudly enough for everyone in line to hear, causing us significant embarrassment. As the only Asian customers in a predominantly white store, this experience was particularly distressing.
I have never felt this way while shopping anywhere else, and I believe this situation could have been handled with more professionalism and courtesy. I would appreciate it if you could address this matter with the store staff to prevent such incidents in the future.

horrible. they put a random shirt in my bag and charged me for it even though i did not give it to them. over charged my sister due to complete incompetence. the girls who work there don’t know how to do basic math. store is so small so there will be a line no matter what time you go. save your time and go to literally any other brandy melville. the clothing selection there also sucks so bad.

The Chicago Brandy is in need of organizational skills lol.
There's always a line to get in & once you are in there's always a line for the dressing room that's almost as big as the entire store itself.
Other than that, the clothing & presentation is always neat & cute, considering the lack of much space.
Personally, I know/trust the quality of Brandy's clothes so I don't mind not using the dressing rooms (nor do I even try at this point). But, I would say if you are planning to come here, do not show up on the weekends to avoid a long line & do not plan on being able to try on much.

Overwhelming - clothing was everywhere, piled in cardboard boxes underneath racks. It was hard to even see all the inventory. The line was insanely long to even enter the store. I felt badly for the girls working there. They desperately need to get a bigger space for this location

The staff here is the biggest downfall of this store. Waited in line for a fitting room and never got one, nor did an employee let me know one was available, but let others go in before me, even though I was in line first. Then a few other employees almost knocked me over and ran into me with out an excuse me or anything. One of them them proceeded to give me a nasty look. Only friendly staff was the cashier. Won’t be shopping at this location going further.

Brandy Melville Chicago was an odd experience. I had to wait in a line which was short and fast moving. Security was friendly, the location was small and busy. Workers were very focused on restock and checkout but were so helpful when I had question. The girl who checked me out was super sweet and conversational. They didn’t have much other than tanks, boyshorts, and tee’s and I unfortunately didn’t find too much of what I was looking for.
