The amazing crew at BowWow Lounge is absolutely wonderful, friendly, kind and attentive with my special needs pup. They make human clients and pups alike feel welcomed and cared for and treat our pups like the important family (perhaps most importan, lol) members that they are! We are so grateful to have a trusted and reliable place to take care of our daycare needs. My pup always comes home completely exhausted, happy and content. Do not know what we'd do without our beloved BowWow Lounge and the amazing and kind BowWow Team! Appreciate you all!

My dog PULLS me into BowWow Lounge for "school" whenever we arrive - she loves it so much. But before she goes back to play she MUST make the rounds and say hi to all her people friends. The care and excited attention they pay her when she arrives makes me know she is in the best hands. She comes home exhausted from all the play and cannot wait to go back and start all over again. Making appointments is a breeze via phone, app and text message. Highly highly recommend.

Bow Wow was great. I needed a last minute daycare reservation and they were super accommodating. Upon meeting my pups for the first time they were showered w attention and gave treats!! I chatted w a few staff members who were all lovely. Thank you for taking good care of my pups

My pup loves going to Bow Wow Lounge. He used to be timid, but now runs it! Everyone there clearly loves dogs and it feels good to bring him there. It is easy to book appointments and stays once you realize how to use the system.

Wow! This facility is incredible. Truly. And I’m a tough customer. My dog has issues and she’s been stressed lately but they’ve been incredibly patient and kind with her. And they’ve gone out of their way to soothe my anxieties.We’re new to the area and I’m thrilled I can bring my girl here. The staff is so personable and reassuring. They are all very impressive on every level. Most important, they know dogs and honor the intense bond between human and animal.I’m so grateful for finding Bow Wow Lounge. I know my dog will benefit greatly from her time spent here.

Our pup Bruce was pretty nervous and shy when he started daycare but now he really loves going to Bow Wow. He heads right in without even looking back now and plays all day long. I love being able to request a puppy postcard to see how much fun he’s having, and I can see how far he’s come since his first day. Everyone at Bow Wow had also been so nice and patient with him. Thanks so much! :)

Love this place, we switched from Urban Pooch and just like the vibe here better. Shout out to Hillary for being amazing with Genie. Bow Wow staff is incredible, so happy with this place.

Took my dog for his audition and got a call to come get him. He was anxious in a new environment and nipping at dogs climbing all over him. Very surprised that they had no options. Overall impression was that they really didn’t have a good understanding of what to do. Went to another daycare where they take their time to help him adjust and he’s now fine. And now I keep getting annoying junk email from them

Bow wow has and always taken care both my puppies there. I will definitely bring my new puppy here ofcourse. They treat them with love and so much care and keep a great eye on them too and any incident that happens with them too and asap notifies the parents. They care so much for the animals❤️

This is an excellent place to bring your pup! My puppy just started daycare and has made so many friends (dog friends and people friends) there already. The grooms are also quite meticulous and the front welcome area has been thoroughly designed to put you and your pup at ease coming in. These people love what they do. They also have doggy donut treats now!

I do not recommend Bow Wow. We were a loyal customer for over 2 years and one day I was told it was my dogs last day. The morning this happened I was told how great my dog was and 6 hours later they told me he wasn’t allowed back. This left me scrambling to find a new daycare within 2 days (thanks Bow Wow). In the end I’m happy this happened b/c Urban Pooch and Bark Bark Club are 1000% better. Don’t waste your time or money, your dog deserves the best and you won’t find it here.
