I brought a prepaid internet service, it worked for a week,then no signal,I call xfinity they sent a repair man,he checked my line said it was good,but to take the box back to the store to exchange or repair it, they repaired it a week later broke again took it back to the store to replace or repair it they said after 7 days they can't replace or fix box call customer service. The customer service at this store sucks. As long as your buying their good ,ask for help forget it I will never do business with this store again.

Good service from young man there but when I went to pick up phone, the middle age boss and lady laughed mocking young man and blaming him for their own errors concerning my order. They did this behind his back. Strange vibes. They made me uncomfortable.
