Bought a phone here and they offered me a screen protector for $13. I assumed it was a PACK of screen protectors. Turns out it was a single screen protector that is already peeling off after 2 months. My previous phone had the same protector on it for years. My total bill for the phone purchase was $20 higher than what I was quoted just minutes earlier. When I pointed this out, they acted like it was a mistake. But in reality they were trying to steal from me and I caught them. Anyone that has boost knows that dealing with their stores is the worst part of having boost. The store owners are often scam artists that teach their employees to do the same. Beware.

My experience was bad ...I switch from another company and I been told that the phone that i brought,; i had 7 days to exchanged or returned...thing that the owner didn't respect...if you switch get the free phone...and buy a phone from the boost web ..at the end everything was lies and expensive fees.

I give this rating for the simple fact that the customer service is bad, they have very little patience, I clarify that not everyone is like that but there is a person who is like that and with that he overshadows the good work of others.

BEWARE!!! This store has the worst customer service ever and very unprofessional! They will charge you every and any fee they can. I was told to go into any store to upgrade my SIM card for free, due to boost switching to a new network. They insisted on charging me a fee and ignoring the boost mobile customer service rep. I called several other stores and they also confirmed that that upgrade was free. This was not the only bad experience I’ve had at this location. There are several other stores in the area. Avoid this location at all cost because you will not be serviced appropriately and will definitely leave disappointed. Try your luck at a different location if possible.

I paid 220 to get my phone fixed and it was dont horribly and they refuse to refund me. My phone has black circles on it and i have not dropped it do not pay them for phone repairs
