Called for the Celero 5G+ I went to buy it got charged $269 for it I paid it. Walked out with it 5 min later then I noticed it was the wrong phone i received the regular Celero 5G. Told him about it he said they don't have that phone when I already called earlier bout it & tlked to him about it whole time I was there. So then he said I can receive only $231 backfor the activation fee so technically I paid $40 for a phone I never received never used bad service 0 stars waste of MY money for HIS mistake! Smh

Watch out for bait and switches. Stopped in there and our bill was 107. Got a new phone and now it's 147. They didn't even tell us. Go to a different carrier. You don't need this.

Their customer service on the phone is really bad. Like she's answering her house phone. Attitude and all fire her.
