We recently went to this location to purchase a new phone for our daughter and Jacky was beyond amazing. Very professional. She knows how to do her job and deserves a raise.We unfortunately witnessed a rude costumer; however, the staff remained calm and collective. Great job girls.

If I can give no stars to the store the store is so racist they have never allowed black people to work there they won't let you speak with a manager or regional manager, and they have all the workers that work there are undocumented. They are so disrespectful and they would never allow a black person for the work there and never have been. And men don't last long the women run everything. The men they don't last. They will take your money I will tell you that and it's different prices for Hispanics versus black people.

The worst costumer service ever I went in because I had just payed my phone bill and a week later my service stops working I can’t listen to songs I can’t open anything I got to the boost mobile and the guy says what do you want me to with it and he over chargers me the first time I see him with 78 dollars bill the second time I went to pay my phone bill it was 61 worst service from boost and horrible costumer service

I remember opening my line with boost mobile by accident. I originally went to the metro across the street. It was 30minutes before closing and when I asked if I could open a line , the girl rolled her eyes and sighed. I told her, "nevermind" and walked out. Went to the boost across the street and had the complete opposite interaction with their employees. Great customer service got you customer off your competition.

They scam people here! I visited the boost mobile store to activate my phone and the cashier wanted to charge me $170-$180 to activate one more line on my family plan.
I just bought the sim card and spoke to their customer service and it was 100% free. How sad that they scam their clients like this.
Better just buy a SIM card and talk to customer service so they can help you better.

Go & ask for Luis! The most friendliest sales associate I’ve ever encountered. I went in for an upgraded network & he got me out under 10 minutes (No Cost). Really humble staff. Thank you, guys.
