The guy that waited on me was just excellent very professional ,he told me how I could save money ,he also told me about updating my phone .I been with boost like 10 years. and never received good customer service like that before .Date I was there December -17-2023around 11:30 am .I forgot his name but he deserves a bonus I was so happy I told other people go to that Boost Mobile !

Great customer service. My parents drive miles to this location for any assistance with their phone service. The manager is fluent in Spanish and has the patience to explain issues, updates, etc. There's never a long wait either... Very shocking to see negative comments.

Excellent store with incredibly helpful service. Clara works out of passion of this place and uses this store to help everyone with any questions and recommends the best deals. The atmosphere of this store is also calm, giving you a space where you know you’re in good hands. I needed help with my account to pay a balance and was walked through every single step. There was no issue with my visit and definitely recommend this store to make the best decision for your money and support when looking to buy phones or plans.

I would recommend this place for anyone looking for great customer service. Staff if efficient and polite. Clara has gone above and beyond to help my mother (who is not very tech savvy) resolve her mobile issues. Glad to have this local boost mobile near us!
