I took out a new boost mobile line at this location with a new phone. At first she looked very suspicious the woman in charge called many phones when she was activating my account, I have had different phone numbers on boost mobile and this never happened she wanted a photo of my ID with my phone and my face at the same time a selfie.... !!!! I told her no that I felt uncomfortable with that ... she ask me for my email too ???? she mentioned that because it was a new store and she wanted it for her records ... when the store is already open for more than 5 years I realized from the reviews .. had already activated my line with my phone so I told her that no thanks ............ This happened about three months ago ... when I had my phone that day I checked it and noticed that I had an application that I did not recognize so that I brought my phone reset my phone as a new phone and I put my information as I wanted it not as she activated it in the ICloud .. to date the location the same girl continues to call my number for a free consultación . A free check up as she mentions it in the voicemails that she leaves me ????? and that I need to do appoiment to return …I report this has boostmobile they assured me that my line was safe and they suggested that I report this incident to the police since the fact of asking for a photo of my face with my ID did not look normal. Because this is just a store no boos mobile company….

Guy that works there is extremely pushy and will only help you if he senses he'll get something outta you just like Boost Mobiles customer service.

Use to work for boost had my sister go in to see if they are able to get in contact with care faster then a customer would since they have a Door ID and they get transferred quicker. The OWNER gave my sister the uncomfortable feeling that he flat out just didn’t want to help her. So she left…. Don’t waste your time here for help, don’t own a phone store if you don’t like customer service ?

Me and my husband came in there to buy my husband a phone. The owner was ever informative about the phones and told use witch one to go with and why so. Great customer service and very nice. If you want a honest person this is the place to come

Went to make payment only to discover that my payment wasn’t received so I had no service for an entire day went back the next day but the guy who is also the owner wasn’t there so the person there had no idea what happened. So she called her boss who claims I did make a payment but to the wrong number which isn’t true because I repeated it multiple times to him. Now he refuses to give me my money back. Ps. I was forced to make a second payment for the whole amount to get my phone back on
