Came here for some knitted polos for my husband and he received personalized attention without feeling pushed to buy something. The one downside is that they have limited stock and we had to order both shirts to be delivered at home because they were not available in store.

I wouldn't call their clothing "upscale" (they're owned by Walmart), but it's closer to J. Crew than Banana Republic. The men's dress pants look fantastic. Interesting e-commerce business model--no inventory. You try things on in different sizes, they order it, and orders are shipped free. That's fine, except they didn't have the exact size I needed to try on. Not a match, in terms of the retail experience I want, but the salesperson was super friendly and suggested a lot of different sizing options.

I went in at 5:45pm for a return and they were closed. The doors were locked. According to their website and answering machine, they close at 6pm.
