Been here multiple times and Cam has always been the absolute best. Kind, knowledgeable, efficient, fun to work with, and made me feel great about myself and my choices. Can't recommend this store enough and I know I'll be back simply because of them.

Cameron helped me pick out a perfectly fitting shirt immediately after I walked in. They had me try on three shirts to ensure I had the perfect fit for me, and then did everything in their power to make sure I got my shirt on time, I just got it this morning and it looks just as good as it did in store. Not only would I recommend Bonobos, but I would highly recommend Cameron as going above and beyond and being such a big help!

I received some of the best in-store customer service I have ever experienced from Cameron Counts. When I entered the store, she greeted me warmly and welcomed me in, which was already very nice. But then she had such a keen eye for sizing that she was able to bring me all the right sizes...just by looking at me. I was honestly both shocked and impressed by her awesome skill of visual evaluation. And while I came in just to get fitted for a pair of pants, I ended up trying out several pants and shirts because she was so helpful in finding the best items for my size, body type, and style.I can't imagine having a better in-store experience, and I really appreciate when someone is kind and/or great at their job and Cameron is exceptional in both categories. I wasnt familiar with the concept of a "guide shop," but because of the customer service I received from Cameron and the high quality clothing options, my first time here was a wonderful experience.

immediate help as i walk in being a first timer. the staff is super helpful & kind to talk to. sick music taste too. it’s unfortunate i couldn’t purchase an item in hand today but i understand the concept bonobos is going for with the try-on then order storefront. would for sure come back again for fresh pants. thanks y’all!

I had an excellent experience and fitting with Marcus. He was extremely knowledgeable about the different cuts and very professional in working through finding the perfect fit for me. Would definitely go see him again!

The store was very easy to navigate and was focused on fit. A lot of their store was samples that you tried on to find the right size and then you can order and ship to your house for free. The customer service was definitely above average and comfortable. There was no high sales pressure but the employees were there to help. Would def come back here. Shout out to Jack and Sean for their kindness!!

Don’t bother looking for professionalism, assistance, or knowledge of where else their product might be sold, because this store didn’t provide any of that. Pretentious salespersons who couldn’t be bothered to educate themselves, and who talked poorly of customers as they left the store. Maybe try Nordstrom’s instead..
