Fraud fraud fraud - Run don’t walk away from BMO!There is something happening at BMO. My accounts that I don’t use anywhere else started showing fraud so i closed it and opened a new one and same thing happened but in greater frequencies.They still charged me overdraft and made me pay fees for a frozen account due to these frauds. There is good chance it hit my credit as well. Worried for my line to credit that is still open with them. The so-called was never available or reachable despite numerous attempts to get in touch.PS Kevin P is a stud and deserves a raise.

They have really d*** people working there. I repeated my phone number 3 times and the guy still updated it wrong. BMO IS A HUGE INCONVENIENCE. THEY ALWAYS HAVE TECHNICAL ISSUES.

I'm an actor. I got booked for a job with a stipend. I cashed the check and it was fake. The fake casting director demanded most of the check back. BMO Harris frozen all accounts even the ones that weren't involved. They told me to file a police report which I did. They allowed me to take very small withdrawals for the last 2 weeks. Today which is around 3 weeks since they locked up my accounts. They still didn't complete their investigation. Today they refused to give me any money from my accounts and the bank teller just sat for about 45 minutes making phone calls doing nothing when I sat down with him. At that point I told him I want all my accounts liquidated and closed. Again he just kept making phone calls. I have no access to my 3 accounts anymore. I had to walk out the bank without even a penny of my money. I had to file complaint with the comptroller of Currency.

The ladies that work here are great. I've never had bad service. I believe the bad reviews are from unreasonable people, and not based on the level of service because they are spectacular. Miriam especially goes above and beyond and she's a real pleasure to deal with.

This branch and its staff have always been as helpful when I have needed in-person help.However, do not get a BMO account for any reason. In the short time I have had them I have been accused of fraud twice (both inaccurate claims), had multiple insufficient funds charged due to their deposit requirements and thousands of dollars from a legitimate source held for over a week now making me miss payments, rent and unable to buy other necessities. All calls have been met with disdain from their employees (unless sent straight to their voicemail) and my two emails have been ignored.Please everyone—do not get a BMO account.

This is the worst location I've ever been to they they do not help you The lady that works there didn't help me complete anything with my account She was asking for personal things that didn't have anything to do with my account who ever lives in that Neighborhood with this bank please do not go there no wonder it's always empty very bad Is very unsatisfying in bad customer service?

The staff mean well and are polite, but everything takes multiple phone calls, visits and requests. There is never follow up unless you, the customer, do it yourself. A bit frustrating.

Deeply disappointed with the service and reliability of this branch! It took me no fewer than four trips to this branch to open my account all because the manager didn't properly send in my personal information.They are also closed randomly with no explanation. Only one of the tellers was even remotely helpful, I'd advise going to the Andersonville branch instead.

Predatory banking. Ridiculous fees. And you can't close accounts. They can reopen at anytime and start charging you more fees. Do not bank with them

This location drains me. I loathe coming here. Not only do they never help me, they literally make everything harder for me. The only time I got the attention I needed was when they tried to talk me into opening up a credit card, that only lasted so long as well. Was dismissed. Cool bank, just really disdain this useless location. They give so much misinformation, it’s like, why do you all even exist? Sucks I have to go out my way to another branch to get the help I need. Avoid this location. Not even cause of my experience, it’s others who feel the same as well. Now I understand.

This is a small branch with small staff but they are always friendly and helpful when help is needed. There is a little frustration at times when a manager isn't available to authorize things. But overall, the staff does a good job.

First bank I've had that has caused serious issues with me depositing my checks or disputing fruad. Do not bank through them!!
