If you are Black don’t come to this BMO. I’ve been banking with BMO for 8+ years and I recommended them to a friend. This friend lives close to this specific branch. He went to withdraw money from his account mid April and his account has been locked ever since! I’m embarrassed quite frankly I will
Never recommend BMO to anyone else EVER. And I am in the process of going to BofA or chase due to his account being frozen because he was withdrawing money from his account and the racist manager (Hispanic guy in his mid 30’s) reported him to the fraud department. And the fraud department has had his account frozen for 2+ months. BMO is garbage and I’m going to be helping my friend get a lawyer very soon if his money is not released.

If I could this start wouldn't be here !!Guadalupe called me about a month ago regarding a promotion Ive called left messages Ive also have gone in , to try and schedule an apt to go over some questions regarding the credit card promo to only get asked to wait for a call that i havent received ive gone in 3 times the second time i waited for 20 minutes only to be told that i would get a call to schedule an appointment since they had customers waiting! AM I not a WAITING CUSTOMER ?? I FORGOT THE name of the lady who I spoke too but she had her desk closes to the atm inside the bank on the left side , she was very rude not only to me but to another lady asking her if she had all her paper work because she didnt want her time to be wasted since she was very busy !! seriously !!!

I went to the main entrance during non-business hors. Though no one was there, the many fall leaves greeted me with open arms and crunchy hellos. Yes, thats why I love BMO.

Very bad customer service. No body acknowledges you when you walk in. Interrupted a CSR to ask where to sign. Responded to just take a seat. There were 3 attending customers. Two were eventually freed up but instead up calling the next person up, they just dissappeared!!! Waited 15 more minutes trying to justify to myself that they were probably just finishing up whatever paperwork ther still had from previous customer, but nothing. No one came to even acknowledge us. I was there to open a second account. Now I’m just moving all my business somewhere else.
