Never ever waste your time calling this branch. I was put through transfer and multiple selection hell multiple menus each with 5 painfully slow descrptions until I was on the phone for almost 20 minutes before someone in the Phillipines picked up the call. And sadly, they were totally unable to assist me. What a massive waste of time.

I live in the northwest suburbs. I went to visit a BMO bank in Elmhurst and had no answers to resolve an issue I was having. I walked into this Branch and met with Dolores Delgado she was amazing. I feel I was racially profiled here Came to open an account never had a problem anywhere else opening an account. Gave my form of proof of identity and some how I need a letter proving my address I don't have a utility bill. Also to mention I have a friend that just opened an account with bmo and didn't need anything other than her id and debit card. This bank isn't right. If you aren't white or Mexican or you look different than what they want you will not get an account.

Went to deposit my checksWaited in drive thru 15 to 20 min still no serviceOthers were being taken care of that came after me.Teller could clearly see my red van but didnt evenAsk me if i needed help.He was rude, in my 25 plus years with harris ive never been treated like this . He went on to tell me that i was wrong because he didnt recieve anything from me. Hard to do when the drawer wasnt pushed out because once again he had not acknowledged me.
