i dislike how yall dont waive early closure fees in cases of fraud. why should i have to pay yall to close my account that was already stolen from and then yall dont even handle the investigation fast enough or offer credits to the customer while they wait. this bank sucks

The customer service is horrible, how is it that the people here who are supposed to help don’t help? I was scammed & they made me pay money I never spent. I will never return to this bank. The tellers & bankers here just simply don’t care.
