Does not maintain ATM. When there is issues you have to jump through hoops for them to get your $ when deposit failes.

There's three bankers. One is taking care of a customer and the other two are just talking. They clearly see me here. No one has bothered to come and ask if I need assistance with something. First and last time I come here.

I have been banking with BMO for 7 years now and am beyond drained from keeping up with their inconsistency in changes, policies, fees, etc.Not a convenient, efficient place for business. Hours are NEVER UP TO DATE at MOST locations. Systems are slow and faulty that display “error” when needing to transfer funds or mobile banking now near impossible.Extremely disappointed in how this establishment runs this business.

It was taking very long to make a deposit. I'm glad this isn't the only institution I bank with. Made my deposit at another bank where the tellers are fast and efficient.

Att: David R. Casperi , CEO BMO Harris ....I don't like my issue with BMO HARRIS go to Social Media but I don't have any other option to recover my money ....I close my checking account with BMO over the phone 05/27/2022 , and the banker promise me that I will receive my funds within 5 business days , until today I did not receive my money and I have expenses to cover . I called BMO to see if I can solve this issue and spend several hours trying to talk to a banker (they disconnect my call several times ) , finally I spoke with a banker and a manager and they recommend me either drive 3 hours to the nearest branch or wait minimum 30 days to see if I can receive my funds that I need to pay my bills .

Ralph, Dominika, and Sophia are the Best in the Business. They help me with all my banking needs. I started with my personal checking account. When i bought an Auto they helped me with my financing. when i bought my first home, they locked in a great rate for my mortgage. They are more than banking, they are family!

This location is listed as being open and is no. The only reason that I drove all the way over here is to be able to take care of my banking needs. The only thing that is available is the atm. The drive thru is closed as well as the lobby. I am so disappointed.
