Went in to open an account and the banker Yasmin was wonderful at helping me set everything up including the digital banking app ...my wait time was maybe 10 minutes with a few people ahead of me but the overall experience wasn't bad.

Me and my husband went into the bank and ask the teller did we need to speak to someone or he can help us. He said he can help us, when I tried to explain what we wanted he half listen. But he was so worried about an issue that another BMO employee did when we open our accounts that he didn't listen to what we wanted done. Just in the future you need to listen to what the customer asking instead of ignoring what they saying. Glad I don't have to go into the office and deal with employees often 1st time. Maybe just go to another location.

The branch was an enjoyable experience but the online phone banking is horrible. 2 pending charges were immediately cancelled on my account yet BMO hasn't returned my $ to my account! Are you kidding me? I feel like Wendy Williams & Wells Fargo. How dare you BMO take days to return $ that was never used, oh my bad, except your using it. Needless to say I'll be closing my account with BMO & never again! Sadly I've been a customer 2+ years, guess that doesn't count for much!

Worst branch office! Went to get a cashiers check but refused because my license is expired even though the expiration deadline is extended by the state. No manager on duty to assist. Went to another branch and was able to obtain with no questions. Another time needed to complete wire transfer again no manager on duty so had to go to another branch to complete transaction.
