This is my go to BMO branch, whether if I walk in or call, the service were always exceptional. Sometimes they do make follow up calls, which at first I thought was scam callers ? generally speaking I'm not a huge fan of BMO but having good customer service made me stay

Don't work with their Premier Banking team. They dropped the ball when I rolled the money in. They dropped the ball servicing me when I was there. Now as I'm transferring to a new bank, they are again dropping the ball. No one follows up. No one cares. They pay nothing and the service is terrible.

They've contracted with unethical booting company IPS to extort drivers by posting conflicting signage in their lot. We saw the signage regarding parking for the Bagel but there are also a few spots that have clear signage for bank parking only and then mention specific times. Since we were there after, the signage implied that it was okay park and to run into CVS to get Covid vaccines for 10 min. This misleading signage is done on purpose. Meanwhile the IPS employee who speaks poor English and unable to have a discussion is illegally parked on the street in the tow away zone for hours. Expect a boot and to pay $170 to get it removed

Wow, wow wow wow! Such a great experience! So many great things to say. I initially went in just to deposit money, but just how I was greeted I decided to see if I can sign up for something I wanted to at the one dreadful branch I refuse to name because I want to keep this a positive review. From start to finish all was taken care of and some. Every staff member was knowledgeable and efficient. The fact they answered all questions I had and went above and beyond for me, I’m just. The fact I’m going to officially go out my way to make this location my branch says ALOT within itself. Definitely made my day.

I've moved around a few times and always need to find a new BMO branch closeby. My last branches have been hard to compete with, as they were always so friendly and professional. Now that I've moved to the Lakeview area, I gave this one a try and it did not disappoint! Professional, kind, quick, and goes the extra mile!

Awful bank, i open 2 bank accounts for the purposes of the credit promotions, i opened those accounts july2019 and credits was after 120 days (nov2019) now feb2020 still don’t have my bonus, multiple follow ups been done email, calls, face to face, still nothing happened. Anyone knows how to report this complaint against the bank? They seem not to care at all.
