Pretty stupid that the lobby isnt open until 9 am it use to be open 24/7 so now u cant get your money out the atm until they open ..big inconvenience ??

No Tellers, 2 live video teller ATMS for business hours, 1 ATM after that - right at the door with large clear windows. At least when I opened account there was tellar windows, then someone decided this area of the city should have this unsafe, open window tellars. They have a couple of people on hand during business hours to sign up new accounts and for new services. 2 stars because it is a major bank, if not then 1 star for location services available.
