homeless and temple security guards like to congregate here and smoke cigarettes and hang out. unpleasant odors..

Tellers are slow and unmotivated. First they had a very long renovation and customers were diverted to enter via the temple on the east side. Then after the remodeling, it was obvious that bankers now had large offices with privacy. I wonder at whose expense? Service is extremely slow though. Needs serious improvement.
