I recently opened an account at the BMO Harris branch in the West Loop, Chicago, and had the pleasure of being assisted by Andrew. From the very first call, Andrew was incredibly attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met with the utmost professionalism and kindness. He made the entire process smooth and hassle-free, which I greatly appreciated. It’s not every day you come across someone who genuinely cares for their customers the way Andrew does. I’m thoroughly impressed with the service provided and couldn’t recommend him enough for anyone looking for banking services in the area.

I had an amazing experience as a first time customer with BMO. The bank financial employee, Ourika, did a wonderful job walking me through the process of how to apply for a CD. She had great customer service as she always smiled, showed patience and thoroughly answered my questions. Thank you Ourika for making this process go smoothly!

Do not use BMO banking. This bank is horrible, especially if you are trying to run a business. I’ve had multiple problems with the branch and this bank.

Thank you BMO Harris and the friendly welcoming stuff members! I was able to open my first bank account with my foreign passport and a chicago city key card. They navigated me through the whole process and explained every little detail. I’m satisfied! :)

I'm from IN and work in DT CHI. I had to go here because there is no way i would be able to get to my branch near home in time. My card had not been working and the gentlemen when i first walked in helped me immediately. I think his name is Joseph, i can't remember. He was direct, fast, and helped me get an updated card as well as getting me set up for the mobile app login. If i ever have any issues, this is the location i will stop at in the city!!

This branch is so incredibly poorly run, it’s almost laughable. It’s not laughable though due to the fact that they lost 1k and the branch manager cannot even reach out to speak to you and the bankers could not even catch the mistake. I have been a customer for 20 years and even that is not enough for anyone to take this seriously.

A few months ago I was scouting banks for my LLC Business Account and decided to go with BMO because of Robert T. I officially setup my account this week. Everything went great!Robert was very personable and friendly and I liked that he didn't over sale.He setup my account and also gave me additional info regarding benefits and perks that were available to assist with my business. I wish more banks could provide this level of customer service. It was overall a great experience.Corey, the branch manager was fantastic as well.The environment was very professional and welcoming. I would recommend this branch for services.

This "bank" either didn't have quarters on a Tuesday or didn't want to service me 5 minutes before close. Either way it's a bad look.

Would not recommend to use this bank for any services as my cash deposit did not show up in my account till the time I complained about it. Their approach towards this incident was very casual which made me thing I am not the first one to complain about their ATM's. Would recommend to keep all the receipts if banking with BMO never know what trick the ATM's can play on you.. I would recommend staying away from them for peace of mind
