Super glad I stopped by last minute out of the blue!! They were about to close and yet I was greeted with nothing but kindness. Marlene was more than willing to help me, as well as answering any question I had. Super helpful and nice :) definitely coming back again!! I recommend coming here. I can’t thank her enough :) 10/10

Marlene the manager, and Courtney the sales associate were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful with getting me everything I needed. The products they recommended have been exactly what I needed in my skincare routine. They were not only very helpful, but their personalities really warmed up my day. The hospitality was top notch and exactly what you would hope for when you are shopping. You can tell these women are very passionate about their job in beauty and assisting others in accessing their beauty needs. I habe been to a lot of blue mercury storefronts across Chicago and they are all wonderful, but this one has been my favorite customer service experience. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Renaja, the Assistant Manager at Blue Mercury was amazing. I met her months ago. She treats every customer warmly. Even though I came in late one night, she didn't rush me. She gave honest opinions and recommendations. She also showed me comparable products when asked. When I make my next purchase there, it will be because of my experience with her. She deserves a raise and praise.

Blue mercury has a wide selection of skin care products, and all their sales associates have recommended products that have helped my face. I have tried a lot of products that hasn’t helped me but as soon as I tried blue mercury, it has helped me the only reason why I rated it three stars is because when I went to this location, I tried to pay cash and they said that they did not accept cash, cash is a legal tender and if they do not accept cash, then they are breaking federal law

Blue Mercury had really never been on my shopping radar, despite knowing and entering its boutique when first launched. And after a poor experience at one of its locations I wrote it off. Until one Sunday afternoon walking up State Street when Marlene, Manager changed my opinion. Marlene is knowledgeable, gracious and fully present for to the client standing in front of her. She makes you feel welcome. And I so enjoy my shopping experience here. I am a valued person, not a metric.Marlene imparts the same "Tao of Tea" mindset with her other associates one of whom being Bianca. And I also enjoy interfacing with their brand ambassadors from Augustine Bader and Indie Lee.If you are seeking premium skincare brands and accessories, as well as their own proprietary line combined with that old school 'real botique' style and service add # Blue Mercury State Street to your list.
