Made plans to rent bikes. Walked 30 minutes from hotel and they were closed at 11am on a Wednesday. Website says they were open. Found 3rdCoastCycl 10 minutes walk south on Lakeshore trail. Cheaper and very good experience.

This place is a straight up scam. I was double charged for 2 hours first off. Apparently from an "authorization fee"Then they say they rent for $20 an hour but they only do a minimum of 2 hours. Don't ever rent a bike from this place!!! I ended up paying $100 for 2 hours.

It was great place for bike rental only thing was we had an issue with stopping the time on the electric bike rental. Bikes were in good condition and was able to rent a trailer to pull our kids in

Rented a couple of eBikes here and did all of the Lakeshore bike trail which was wonderful. One bike failed but they quickly replaced it.

Great experience! We had so much fun on the Segway tour!!!! We had a very friendly and down to earth tour guide named Ivory who did an amazing job! We were sad when it was over. Highly recommend the Segway tour! There are lots of options to take public transportation or they have multiple parking garages available just be aware that is it very expensive park down town and by Navy Pier but it is so worth it!!! Dont be scared! You cab do it! Bring your friends and you'll have a blast! Check Groupon for deals!

We did the Navy Pier Segway tour and it was so fun!! Our guide was Ivory and she was awesome! We were visiting Chicago (we lived there for 17 years) and she told us stuff about Chicago we didn’t know! If you’re concerned about safety she made sure everyone felt safe before starting. She also took great photos! Definitely recommend!!

Rented two comfort bikes here on memorial day (Monday.) We rented full day. Location worked for us, because we rode from Navy Pier to Hyde Park (and back). Lovely ride along the lake (although it was hot, especially on the way back). Bikes were in good shape. Renting and returning was easy and smooth. No complaints.

The tour was absolutely delightful. It was my first time riding a segue and our tour guid Nora was very patient with me and our party as we attempted to master the devices.Nora had some fun tid bits about the sights and buildings we saw. Will definitely go again!

We rented the mini quad bike for 2 people and while it’s fun to ride up and down the lake front, my husband and I are fit (my husband more so) and it is not a relaxing easy ride. It’s much easier to ride a regular bike. Additionally, one the employees there was particularly rude. Too many other companies that offer similar things to go with this one.

I came to do a Segway tour on June 15 from the Navy Pier location and waited for 30 minutes past my appointment, but the instructor never showed up. Worst yet I am still waiting for my money to be refunded. I called and emailed, no response. Please contact me. Thank you.

I had a hard time to find the place.They updated an old address on Groupon.However, I had an amazing time riding Segway.It was better than riding a bicycle.The instructor was very friendly as well.

I went on the Segway tour with Ivori, and we had a blast. I learned so much about Chicago all while riding the Segway which was super fun. Our guide was amazing, funny, knowledgeable and kind.

Did a bike tour with Bike and Roll recently! The bike was a great way to be active and see Chicago in such a beautiful way! Lola was our guide and she was great! Very engaging and gave a great amount of history of Chicago! I'd definitely return for another bike tour!
