These reviews are a lie its no way this place has 4.1 stars The first incident was I wanted a t- shirt with my deacase husband picture. Only the picture no words. It was last minute they claim they didn't get the email with the words 2 strikes. I just called a male hang up because I ask do they sales the t-shirts I called back he was so ignorant telling me I waited last minute no he can't do it. I explain to him that's ok but the way he was speaking to me was ignorant and ghetto i know this place is on 75th street but wow. Supporting black business can be hard to do.

The guy was very rude and disrespectful unprofessional and all he was worried about more of the price $50 for a t-shirt instead of trying to do Good customer service.

I'll be honest if those guys actually cleaned up in there and have some organization. They'll be able to keep with ppl orders. My shirts came out nice but I won't be back ??♀️

Big City Fashions is dope!!! These guys customized my oversized T-shirt for my birthday; I told them exactly what I wanted on my T-shirt and these guys did an excellent job. I’m a perfectionist, and that’s what I received from Big City. The staff was very professional and great customer service. It was my first time visiting Big City Fashions, definitely had a dope experience. I would definitely recommend Big City Fashions family/friends.

I was told by everyone that my 3D shirts couldn’t be made because it took 3 days to make called them on Wednesday and they had my shirts ready by Friday and I love em definitely will be coming back thank you guys so much for coming thru last minute for me and my friends❤️

Terrible customer service from the light skin guy! Very unprofessional and inconsiderate. Sad to say but this is why we have trouble supporting our own people! I won’t be going back and I will tell others not to as well

They’re inconsiderate! They don’t have their site updated to inform people that they only do appts and don’t always answer. So a person like me that pulls up and not live in the area and be turned away is not okay! Smh!
