She really went above and beyond for my appointment, not only was she extremely knowledgeable but she also had great energy that made the appointment fun and stress-free! I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience was just too off-putting to ignore. I walked in looking for one candle—literally a 5-minute task. The moment I entered, I was greeted with a curt “we close in 10,” from an employee wearing glitter eyeshadow (a trend that, frankly, we left behind in 2013). Not a problem, I understand closing time—but the tone was unnecessary.
When I explained what I was looking for, she spoke to me like I was completely clueless. I found my candle, checked out quickly, and was out the door well before closing. Hopefully that wasn’t too much of a burden for her to handle.

Had the best experience shopping for my elopement dress at Anthropologie! I had Sophia as my stylist and she was so amazing, I just had to give her a shout out. It was my first time trying on dresses and I brought my fiance since we're getting eloped, and she was SO supportive of us and all of our decisions. She was extremely transparent about everything, finding the perfect balance between being the best hype person to explaining the more practical matters of each dress. She was so attentive to my preferences, needs, and opinions and she helped me find the most beautiful dress. Highly recommend coming here if you're looking to go wedding dress shopping!

I went here with my cousin for a bridal appointment and every single staff member made us feel so special! They were so helpful, knowledgeable, and not pushy which was super refreshing. Olivia was her bridal consultant and she was amazing!!!! She was the perfect consultant for my cousin and we’re all so happy with the experience!

I went in randomly to try on bridal dresses and everyone was so nice and accommodating to my family and I. I felt welcomed and important! Alex in specific is such a sweetheart. If you stop in, you will have an amazing experience! Ask for Alex or anyone on the team, they’re all amazing!

I loved finding the same wedding dresses for cheaper at Anthropology compared to other boutique stores. However, they try to compensate the quality and style of the dresses by using aggressive sales tactics.

I had a wonderful experience in the store itself and with the lovely woman who helped me and hosted my family and friends. However, the shipping process for my dress and veil was a nightmare. The customer service and finance team was not helpful, nor do I believe their company’s process is appropriate especially for a company of their size. I was ultimately charged twice for my veil, which can be an honest mistake. However, I’m going to have to wait “3-45 business days” for my refund on a charge I did not even make. Do better, Anthropologie. This is disappointing that a once positive bridal experience has taken up free time in a negative way, and I will not feel the same about my purchase at all unfortunately.

I just left the store after purchasing my wedding dress with the help of Julia and Erin. I saw a dress I liked on sale on their website and went to the store to try it. They were absolutely incredible, so helpful, even though I messed up and didn’t book an appointment beforehand. Best experience I’ve had! Price was amazing, they’re sale is truly worth it.
