Terrible customer service, I originally bought my clothes in on Saturday, January 7, 2023 and I was told to pick my clothes up Monday, January 9, 2023 and I arrive at the cleaners to pick my clothes up and I was greeted with a message stating my clothes will not be ready and I will have to wait an extra day. Yesterday, Monday, January 9, 2023 I had to go buy another shirt which was $30 because of the inconvenience of the cleaners post it on the door. It says same day service I believe that is a lie and I am a very frustrated customer. I will no longer be coming back to this cleaners. Also, when I felt in my clothes, I asked for creases and I was promised creases, and when I received my clothes back today, Tuesday, January 10th 2023 I have not one crease in my shirts like I asked for a my pants look like a six grader. Try to crease my pants. Very frustrated and angry.Services: Eco-friendly cleaning

The seamstress is so rude. I have called several times trying to talk to the owner. I spent too much money to be insulted the way she did. I wanted my pants altered and she didn't do it even though I paid for the service. And now I can't get any answers ?Service: Alterations

few blocks west of California on 87th st it's a small strip mall that includes a laundromat, cleaners, and a convenience store. Still, they only sell lotto tickets because the food is usually outdated, and drinks are barely there either. I probably should've known better, but you know, as mom's when we're just trying to get things done, we let little things slide here and there. Some of his machines have taken my money before a quarter here, or there it's like, OK, whatever, I'm just trying to get this wash done so the family can go about our day. The owner mistreated me today, and I'm always nice to him. one of the machines stopped working, I had to remove my clothes and put them into a new washer dripping wet. I waited for the owner to come to work and was trying to be as polite as possible, and he turned around and told me I was the one that broke the machine that it was my fault and he would not refund my money. The crazy thing is before he came, there were two men in the laundromat this morning And said, good luck getting your money because he doesn't give refunds. Now I know a few of you have probably visited this area before, but the guy treated me so horrible I think no one should shop or do business in the shopping center again. He told me that this was his business and he could conduct business however he wanted. I demanded my five dollars back, and he threatened to call the police on me . Finally, his wife gave me the money and pushed me out. Literally There was another lady that was there too, and she says he does all the time . He always does this. She says he's done it to me before, and I've seen them do it to other women. When something goes wrong with the machine, he blames the user. However, half of the machines have out-of-order signs on them. She said today was her last day doing business with him too. When you come to do business in our neighborhood, you should treat us as customers. I have spent money With him for years and even told him he could pull me up in his system because I've also dry clean with him, and he did not care. So I've come to the mom squad just put it out there don't do business here. If something happens, he will blame you.

Please don't go to this place. 85% of there laundry machine there something wrong with it. Went there to do Laundry Friday night around 7. don't live too far put my dirty cloth in the machine went home came back 35 minute later to find out my cloth is stocking wet. the machine did not spin it dry. took it out and paid another 4 dollars to wash it on different washing machine. Once done I put it in the dryer went home came back to find out the drying machine was full of smoke, destroy my cloth. called the next day and told them my story told me to come over. went over showed this fool there dryer destroy my cloth am not even mad told him I just need to rewash my cloth to get the smoke smell out my cloth. this fool is giving me attitude did not want me to rewash my cloth. he put the washing machine to wash for 3 minute. told him how is going to get the smell out. took my cloth and went to Angel Cleaners on Kedzie very nice place You can tell they keep the machine up to date. washed my cloth and the smoke smell went away. to make a long story short, DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE ALL THERE MACHINE IS F***** UP. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS GARBAGE PLACE .THERE MACHINE WILL DESTROY YOUR CLOTH.
