I was satisfied with parts & prices then I bought a part back because it was wrong and was told I couldn’t get a refund because the receipt didn’t reflect the part. I was told that they don’t make mistakes like that and that l must have bought it from someone else. It was their mistake but they wouldn’t admit it.?

Highly recommend this place. They have the best prices I have found in Chicago for parts for my Prius. A bit hard to find, and they close at 5pm but worth the trip.

For truck driversFrom I94 take exit 60C to west 79th street take left to 79th street about 3 miles take left to S Damen Ave then turn right to 83rd street then again right on hoyne avenue after 1 stop sign you will see Top Line automotive sign 1 building before that is the customer

I love this place. They are more knowledgeable than any of the other parts places (Auto Zone, O'Reilly's, Pep boys, Advance Auto parts) . Also, they are cheaper and have a bigger inventory. They don't try to sell you parts that you don't need either.

Rude rude rude!!! I'm a very polite person, I always speak introduce myself and give smiles for starters. I came into this place and I said good morning 3 TIMES to every single person and no one replied..literally everyone looked and me and rolled their eyes!! I walked in before this white guy and they all knew that but I wasn't ask what I needed help with until they were done taking care of him why they would service him first when clearly i was there first...they didnt even inquire why i was there they just automatically helped him first ? No one was happy to be there, the customer service and vibes sucked..and in return I will never go back there, it actually set a bad tone for the rest of my day..it felt so negative in there! My hubby owns a shop (20+years) and this was a new spot I looked into and was interested in building and long term relationship with but this auto parts business will definitely be scratched off my list! DEFINITELY THEIR LOSS NOT MINE
