Total SCAM. STAY AWAY! YOU WILK JUST LOSE YOUR MONEY!!
Placed my hat for a custom made hat on 12/22/23. A Quigley Down Under hat. Once placed, I did receive an email acknowledging my order. And, that has been it. It has now been 20 weeks and counting. Have sent numerous emails asking about ship date. NOT A SINGLE EMAIL FROM THIS COMPANY SINCE THAT FIRST EMAIL. NO ONE ANSWERS THEIR PHONE.COMPLETE SCAM!!!!!!!!!!! DO Not and I repeat DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY LIKE I DID. STAY AWAY FROM THIS RIP OFF!!!!

He has been here for years and when I needed a specific type of hat, I remembered this guy and like before he never let me down. I searched all over Chicago before I remembered he's all the way east but it was worth the trip. Soon as I walked in I saw the brim I've been looking for sitting right up front. I felt like it was waiting for me so I didn't disappoint, and the price was so reasonable, I'm gonna stop going anywhere else for now on.

I got a fabulous hat at Bernard's ! The guys are knowledgeable about fashion and extremely patient and helpful. Not to mention comical, I think we laughed about everything! Enjoyed myself at Bernards!

I'd like to begin with my 1st experience B.W. my daughter who resides there had purchased a beautiful authentic straw fedora as a xmas gift. Great quality but wasn't my style or size , so I figured no problem save the receipt and when I return to the Chi. I will personally visit the store. Wow! Black owned and What a great experience. 1st class service , After trying on different styles, and $100 more, selecting the Dobbs "Golden Coach" was the style and look needed. Also my hat came with a hat box! Great job B.W.! YES YOU HAVE A CUSTOMER!
