Very disappointed, during routine maintenance the tech found two nails in my tires, failed to communicate that to the representative or to me, then when I called a week later the maintenance dept told me they had no idea why the tire was leaking air resulting in a second visit. I’ve been coming here for 4 years and will now be going somewhere else. Not honest, poor communicators. I would have addressed the tire if it was communicated to me that there was a leak and nail in it in the first visit.

First time walking in to Berman Subaru of Chicago and I have a feeling it won’t be my last. Had an excellent experience working with Alex Nikolaev. He was never made assumptions and was consistently making sure I knew everything about what each trim level had. I’m a proud owner of a new Crosstrek.

This dealership is great at finding the numbers that you are comfortable with. Max Skip helped me a great deal to get my brand new Subaru. He was very kind and knows how to get you to buy the car that you want. Overall great customer service and sales that do.

Bought a used Forester XT. Jake Praught was our salesman. He made this easy and stress less. Was able to do most of the sale through the phone and the website. Came in already approved and was in and out in less than two hours.

Friendly, genuine, transparent and very easy to deal with. Rafael and Sar were awsome. What’s car dealership and service should feel like!! Definitely will be my go to for service. We hit a bit of an un-intentional snag that was no one’s failt when I originally dropped my car but the guys made it right. And they were very professional and accommodating.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Was shopping around between a few of the Chicagoland Subarus and found the only one that was able to get what we needed at a price that fit. Few dealerships are working at the rates and inventory they are which is why when they have any inventory it moves out. Kevin Elens took care of my family and made the entire process smooth and seamless. In truth they were ALL incredibly nice and the best car buying atmosphere I've ever experienced. Kevin and the team went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted and even had us in a car while we waited for our vehicle to come in. The parts department over there is also hands-down the best in the Chicagoland for availability and pricing and will even price match! Jason took care of me with everything I needed and am coming back for more. Once again, thanks to Berman for the great experience!
