I recently had the pleasure of working with Shawn Nam during a particularly stressful time as I urgently needed to find a new place to live within a tight two-week timeframe. From the moment I reached out to him, he not only understood the urgency of my situation but also remained incredibly optimistic and reassuring throughout the entire process.

The worst place .This guy Batgerel Khurelbaatar told us he can’t help because we probably don’t even have money down ( we aren’t white ) . And we make 6 figures . Super rude . He has some kind of anxiety . Stay away from this guy and this place

HIGHLY RECOMMEND My daughter had been in Chicago for 8 months, her family circumstances changed and she needed to find an apartment. We reached out to so many apartment locators, some even said she did not have the budget to interest them to help her find anything. I flew into Chicago from Texas because at this time she felt alone and defeated. I called approximately 10 apartment locators before dialing Mr. Hernandez. I was surprised and over the moon by his reaction. He immediately started looking for places while on the phone with me, found 45 places right then and there and asked us to look at the listing and let him know which we would like to see. Right after we ended the call Mr. Hernandez assistant Josie sent me a message. She told me she was here to help us in any way she could. Started setting appointments for showings. I want to tell any and every person that reads this review and needs help LOOK NO FURTHER. You are recognized and treated like a human being. Not at all motivated by what they may make but how they can help a fellow person. I know blessings will be abundant for these two people and the business. My daughter will continue to recommend this team to everyone.

Stay AWAY from anything handled by this place! Don't be fooled by the Berkshire Hathaway name. Maybe other offices are good but not this one. I had the most unprofessional experinece in dealing with one of their agents for an apartment rental I saw on apartments.com. The agent basically told us we were going to get the apartment if we just filled out the application and then after being asked for and giving our personal info to their "client" the current lessee, DIRECTLY, we just got ghosted. When I called the managing broker to express my indignation at the way this process was handled, SPECIFICALLY the fact that the licensed realtor completely DISENGAGED from the process, leaving me to deal with their client directly, she refused to explain anything and essentially told me that it was a lot of "he said she said" and that wasting $$ on application fees happens in a tight rental market.

Best broker in the city. Super knowledgeable and thorough. Investment properties building generational wealth is his specialty but David is far capable of obtaining any property you desire and get you the best deal.

Used a broker from here in 2019 to rent an Apt. We saw it, liked it, needed to move asap. Paid 60.00 a person to apply. I asked the broker about paint & the functionality of both doors to gain access to Apt. He never confirmed either of those things for us. He basically did nothing after we paid our rent/signed lease. To this day I live in an Apt. Where only 1 door works to get inside. We also live in a building where we share a garage & back patio w/an air bnb unit in front. We were never told this info prior to applying for the Apt. Either. Theres 5 people smoking weed on the patio right now outside my door & there are air bnbers here all the time, on the property. Lesson learned here: ask more questions about these things & dont sign a lease until you get answers.
