ruined a $100 pair of jeans, and still charged me for it. I asked for a simple 2 inch hem with the original hem still in tact and received this. Seriously go to any of the other thousands of dry cleaners/alteration places in lakeview.

Consistently damaged buttons on dry cleaning, failed to remove even minor stains, prices about average. Crystal cleaners a few blocks down are superior for the same price
