Ask for Jackie! My three sisters + mom had a specific vision for my sister's wedding and Jackie nailed it. She was accommodating, running upstairs to find us dresses in certain colors and fabrics, and handled all of our personalities very well. She provided a great experience and I'll be recommending her to any brides I know!

I live in Boston along with 2 of my bridesmaids, but my sister lives in Chicago. I thought using Bella would be easiest since they had the designer I liked best and locations in both places.None of my bridesmaids are super small (range from size 16-24), but the designer I liked (Amsale) sells up to size 36. I assumed there would be multiple sizes available for them to try on for different styles, not only 1 sample size. I realize it's impossible to have every dress in every color/fabric, but they should have a few representative options in a few sizes. When my sister arrived, they only gave her small sizes that clearly wouldn't even get on her body or hang correctly at all to see if the cut worked for her. They were so rude to her about it, she nearly cried in the dressing room. When she insisted she needed to try things on that weren't a size 4, they gave her a maternity dress to try on. This absolutely blows my mind that they thought this was appropriate behavior.On top of that, my sister had to pay $30 in shipping since the other dresses were being sent to the Boston show room. They said this is dues to the locations being franchises, but that's a ton of money for shipping and I don't buy that as a reason to charge them when they could have just sent the dress to the Chicago show room.Ultimately my sister likes her dress, but that's on Amsale, no help from Bella. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for bridesmaids dresses, especially if they aren't a size 4 and if everyone isn't in the same location.

Beautiful dresses but DO NOT try to order online. Their online system is super outdated and so difficult to navigate. I was on the phone with the consultant and email over 10 times before I was able to figure out how to place an order. Wish I would have gone through another company.

We had an absolutely horrible experience with Bella Bridesmaids. There were 5 bridesmaids in the wedding party and none of our dresses fit. I put my exact measurements in online, ordered the recommended size and the dress was 2-3 sizes too small. I called because I thought Bella Bridesmaid would be accommodating and initially their response was that I could purchase more material. After several emails back and forth, they agreed to ship my seamstress more material at no cost to me. The material never arrived. I paid another bridal salon to "fix" the dress which then altered the look of my dress from the other bridesmaids. One of the bridesmaids dress busted open during the reception. I emailed Bella Bridesmaids about a resolution and some sort of refund but did not receive a response. I will NEVER recommend them to a bride who is expecting to have a beautiful and perfect day. Shame on you Bella Bridesmaids!!!!

I came here for a bridesmaids dress. I originally came with the bride for an appointment, and we were rudely dismissed at exactly one hour. We then made a second appointment (monetary cost) to come back to finalize the dresses. While there the second time I was fitted for my dress size and subsequently ordered that online. Much to my surprise, the dress was 2 sizes too small in the bust. When I told the store, they were the complete opposite of accommodating. They first tried to gaslight me, showing me a new form they filled out with fake measurements saying that was what the originally gave me. Their made up measurements were not even close so my real body. They offered me to purchase an old, dirty dress thousands have tried on off the floor. They also said I could order extra fabric, an expensive and rather extensive process in terms of time. Either way, because of them, I paid double for my bridesmaids dress. I will NEVER use them in the future.

The staff here were lovely and patient but they do not carry a wide range of sizes in the styles so I had to go based off their measurements that they took. They then told me what size to get based off those measurements and when I said that size didn't sound right, I was told this was what I needed to get based on the designer's size chart and their measurements. Of course the dresses are non refundable. So you can imagine how upsetting it was when the dress arrived and it was literally 3 sizes too big (and no, unfortunately I hadn't lost any weight or experienced any notable body shifts). I could literally fit 3 fists between my body and the zipper! I took it to a very experienced tailor and she said there was nothing that could be done to save it. I ended up having to order a last minute dress from the designer's website and, as it turns out, the size I originally told the store I thought I would need fit just like a glove. Now I'm stuck with a $250 dress that I'll never wear AND had to pay for the last minute dress from the designer. Never again, ugh.

All the consultants at Bella Bridesmaids were more than helpful! They helped coordinate orders across multiple states with all my bridesmaids. Throughout the process I felt like I was in great hands. The virtual showroom is a huge help and the follow up that the team provided kept my group on track. Can't wait to see how the dresses look when they come in!

I have been working with Jackie at Bella's Chicago location and she has been such an amazing help. I also love that Bella has locations all over the United States because my bridesmaids are in multiple states. So, it allowed us to schedule their fittings without needing them to all go to one location. My girls have ordered their dresses and I can't wait to see them all on the beach in Mexico at my wedding!

Bella Bridesmaids did an unbelievable job in helping us select bridesmaids dresses! They were so thorough and make it so easy to make any changes if needed after the order is placed. They even helped me get additional fabric for the florist. Highly recommend!

Stellar! Out of this world customer service! My sister is getting married in April 2023, and was not having any luck finding bridesmaids dresses that inspired her wedding vibe. So on a recent trip to Chicago, I suggested an appointment at Bella Bridesmaids since they carried a brand that my sister had been eyeing online. We arrived on time for our 10:30am appointment on a Saturday. Expecting the store to be crowded and busy, we were pleasantly surprised that the location was smaller (quant) and were the only clients for quite some time. The whole experience felt very intimate and fun. Our stylist - I believe her name was Ally did an amazing job directing the vision on color and style with feedback from my sister.My sister went in to this appointment with no specific color or style in mind for the dresses, and we left the appointment with what felt like a vision for her wedding. And of course bridesmaids dresses selected! Very happy with the experience we had with this Bella Bridesmaids location. As a Wedding Coordinator myself, I will 100% recommend Bella Bridesmaids to future brides/bridesmaids.
