Horrible service!! Do not shop here ever! They will rip you off!! Stay away and go somewhere else. They do not care about their customers and I believe the stuff they say they have in the catalogues they show you, they actually don't have or don't have access to. They will order the wrong thing you asked for and try to convince you that something of lesser quality is worth the same. They got me for a lot of money, but karma always comes back around (probably why the store is ALWAYS empty). I hope they go out of business soon for what they do to people :)

These people are crooks getting financed is easy . Getting new furniture is the issue. Be sure to check all your furniture before they even take it off the truck. Meet them outside. They sold me a used flimsy bedroom set and a second hand mattress. If i wasnt a CHRISTIAN o would be in jail right now.PRAISE GOD I AM NOT THE PERSON O ONE WAS. CHECK THE TAGS ON THE MATTRESS AS WELL AD CHECK THE FURNITURE THOROUGHLY FOR FLAWS.I dont want anyone to get stuck with an almost 2k bill gor about $500 worth of merchandise. Feel sorry for that ladie at the stores kids because she is setting a very poor example . KHARMA IS A MOTHER THOUGH. Going to include a picture of what a second hand tag looks like. .

Bad business practices. Misleads customers selling refurbished mattresses cheesey bedroom sets veru LOW QIALITY MERCHANDISE. WAS IN DESPERATE NEED SO THEY GOT ME. LESSON LEARNED BUT KHARMA IS UNAVOIDABLE. I PRAY THAT LADY REALIZES NO EARTHLY GOOD WILL EVER COME OF THE ILL BEGOTTEN MONEY SHES MAKING THROUGH DECEPTION. GOD BLESS HER HEART.

This company is a RIP OFF. The lady there had my mother to believe that just because she text her a contract and got her debit card number and her banking account information that she had to get this furniture. I think that is awful to do to seniors. Shame on them!!! Don't ever do business at this establishment.

This place is literally my shipping nightmare. There is a UPS Store in the Howard Transit Shopping Center. It makes no sense. The staff is never there.

Like the other reviews have said, WHY would UPS have a pick up location here?? I arrived at 12:30pm on a Monday to find them all locked up. They don't even have their hours posted on their business. I hope UPS rethinks their partnership with this establishment because it's a huge hassle to get your package!
