After purchasing a rug through FB marketplace, I needed to get it cleaned. After sourcing some pricing options, Beautiful Rugs not only offered a fair and great quote but was friendly and communicative.I met with Moe (the owner) and he was super kind, helpful, and went above and beyond. Besides cleaning and removing the odor from the rug - he noticed some issues with the edges of the rug and patched them free of charge. He communicated a clear timeline of service and it was spot on.I would highly recommend Beautiful Rugs to anyone in the area!

I cannot recommend this place enough - I had an older wool rug that had started to unravel significantly. I was worried because it wasn't a traditional Persian rug, but Mr. Moe was able to not only have it excellently repaired, but he also advised on how best to display it. In the end it looked brand new! I also found the part of their website where they talk about rug upkeep and restoration extremely helpful. Any further rug consultations and I am 100% going to return.

My husband and I have purchased a rug crafted in Tabriz from a blend of wool and silk from Moe at Beautiful Rugs and we couldn't even dream of better guidance and the outcome! As soon as we put a rug on the floor, we couldn't imagine our apartment without it. It became a true gem and attention grabber for our guests (even our parents, who are a bit hard to impress :)Buying a Persian rug for the first time is a leap of faith in a way, but Moe offered an outstanding selection of magnificent handmade masterpieces and was incredibly helpful with every detail we asked about. Knowing that we can stay in touch with him and receive care instructions if anything happens to the rug is reassuring.I hope we'll be returning to Moe for more beautiful rugs when our household grows.

We are very happy with the service and the end result of our visit to Beautiful Rugs. We had a large rug that had several pet stains and had been folded up and left for several years that we did not know what to do with . I stopped in to BR and talked with Moe about our options, and he said the rug was in very good shape, and that it was worth cleaning and saving. He explained how they would clean it by blocking it up so that it didn’t shrink. He went on the tell a little about how it was made and the history behind it…..very helpful. We opted to have it cleaned and it came out perfect, a lot brighter. Moe really knows his stuff. No pressure, just helpful information. I have passed by his store thousands of times, but never thought of going in. Glad I did. Highly recommended.

I accidentally spilled coffee on my new rug. I had Beautiful Rugs clean the carpet and they did an outstanding job. I can’t even see my coffee stain anymore! See the photos for proof! The owner of the shop, Moe, was so kind and helpful. I would highly recommend this place! Thank you Beautiful Rugs!

I’ve been to most of the rug stores in Chicago and the service is exceptional here. You will not find a kinder person than Moe, and I greatly appreciated his honesty. The rugs truly are beautiful - I found a stunning Persian rug at a very competitive price. Very quick with rug repairs, too.This will be my first stop next time I’m in the market for a rug. I had a wonderful experience purchasing my Tabriz Persian rug from Beautiful Rugs. Excellent, fine quality wool/silk, silk foundation rug. I purchased my rug over the internet which had good information on specifics and photos included. The team at Beautiful Rugs was very helpful and knowledgeable, answering any questions I had. Moe Knows His Business!He provides “old fashioned”customer service. He listens to your needs and provides the solutions you require. He always has put our desires first. That leads to trust which is the main reason we are a repeat customer.In todays world there are lots of people who put money in front of every decision. Not Moe. Exquisite rugs, selected and curated with knowledge and care. My experience purchasing a rug at Beautiful Rugs was outstanding in every regard. The rug that I selected is absolutely gorgeous--the quality, the color, the workmanship, are all head and shoulders above what I was able to find elsewhere in Chicago. Hamid (Moe?) was informative, kind, and patient and negotiated reasonably on the price. The rug--an elegant Bijar in deep red tones--is now in my study and is a source of immense pleasure. Beautiful Rugs definitely lives up to its name. The rugs are spectacular! Not inexpensive. They are works of art. Moreover, they can save you from your own disasters. I purchased an incredible Isfahan rug from them. About a year later I spilled red wine on it, not once but twice. It took me awhile to screw up the wherewithal to take it back in the hopes they could get it cleaned. Amazingly, they returned it to me as lovely as the day I purchased it. Again, not inexpensive, but definitely worth it. See photo. This is what it looked like both when I purchased it and after they removed the multiple red wine stains I caused.

I highly recommend visiting this rug store in person - great selection, high quality and excellent customer service. I walked in on a whim and left with a beautiful area rug for our living room - my husband and I love how it completes the space.The owner Moe was patient and helped me think through the best options since I was trying to pair my purchase with an existing patterned rug. He shared his expertise and knowledge without making me feel like the novice I was. Super happy and will certainly be returning here if I need additional rugs.

I purchased a fine 10x14 vintage Persian rug from Beautiful Rugs in 2021.The rug is, indeed, beautiful, and in pristine condition. The pictures on the web site really didn't do it justice (which is a shame in a way). The price was reasonable and so is the store's return policy, which is why I felt comfortable enough buying a rug online without seeing it in person. Moe, the owner of the store, was available and easy to work with for questions around logistics, trade-ins, maintenance, etc.Overall I highly recommend Beautiful Rugs, and would shop there in person or online again.
