I am so disappointed with this place. I called to get information about the place and getting in touch with someone was a nightmare. The manager in charge of private rooms was only available after 3pm and emailing them was no use. I got ahold of someone, only to talk to a worker who sounded annoyed about my many questions considering I’m not just going to book a place without knowing the fine print. After she tried to play off her rudeness when I called her out on it, I called back two days letter to make a deposit and they had me waiting for 30 minutes because the manager was talking to a customer. I waited only to find out I waited for nothing since it turns out the manager was not even working that day. I called the following Friday since they said the manager was not going to be available until after Wednesday. I was on the call for 10 minutes, and I did not get through to anyone. The pictures look beautiful, but the fact that there is no one except for one person who can take deposits for events is baffling. I’m so glad I didn’t end up booking this place. I dodged a bullet!
