I’ve been a with BOA for many years but the lack of personal service is what is officially driving me away and looking for a smaller personable bank. Everytime you go to locations, they tell you to “go online”… online doesn’t validate everything. There are nuances or documents that are not issued online and if I cannot get them from a walk in office, then what’s the point of even having people at this facility. Definitely looking to get away from this bank

The location on 18th street never have available tellers, they don’t open on time. My job is on 17th Ashland I always call or email they never answer the phone and as of now never respond to emails. We utilize the branch for the business and because it’s conveniently located. If it’s not going to service the community correctly close down. This has been an ongoing issue and very frustrating. Having an teller available at all times during business hours should be a priority. Bank of America please fix this!

Seciond time today that didnt catered. Says here they open 10am. Been there 10mins before 10am. Security says they open 10:30am. Waited and unfortunately till 10:35am still closed. Wastes my time waiting

This branch has the best customer service.I wanted to take a moment to thank Alexander Jimenez for the excellent service provided for me and my husband this morning. He is very knowledgeable and professional. He explained all the banking services that we needed and took his time in making sure our needs were met.Manager came up as well to see how everything was going, she was very friendly with us. Happy with service!

On Wednesday 10/14/20 I came Into this location at around 7:15pm and deposit $961.00 dollars into my account. Screen started reading the money within minutes it stated on the screen that it was unable to take these bills & it returned back $102.00 dollars. Screen immediately said “Thank you for your Transaction” right at that moment I was extremely confused. It never showed me how many bills were insert or if I need it a receipt. I logged into my account right away noticing that the 859.00 dollars We’re not in the account. So I waited a bit to make sure the money didn’t come back out. Nothing ever happened so I went and insert the $102.00 dollars into same atm which went right thru. It took me to the screen were it showed me how many bills were insert & asked me if I need it a receipt. Right after I checked my account the 102.00 went into my account but no sign of the $859.00 dollars. I called customer service right away after leaving the bank . I explain to the first teller how important it was for me to have this money because I am on medication and I really need it. She wasn’t very helpful just told me that she was putting in the claim and that they would contact me that It takes up to 48hrs before I hear anything. Never asked me for any information. I then called back CUSTOMER CARE again the next day 10/15/20 last Thursday & I spoke to someone who transfer me over to the fraud department were I spoke with a very kind lady name Cecilia she heard me out and was trying her best to get this resolve as soon as possible she then transfer me over to a supervisor name Valerie who I talked to who I also thought was really helpful. I explain to her what had happened and that I really need it my medication that I haven’t had it this morning and I’ve been having really bad anxiety I also along the lines remember telling her that I was a new customer and that I haven’t been with them for more then 2 months she stated that it didn’t matter because all customers are treated equally. She then said I’m going to escalate this claim so we can get it resolve as soon as possible unfortunately today you won’t be seeing your funds may take up to 1-2 business days? She also stated that she can see on her end that there was something wrong with that atm. I then said I have things to pay & I have no money in my account I’m gonna start getting overdraft feeds. She told me that she will stop transactions from going into my account. I understood that things happen and even tho I was extremely frustrated I waited the 1-2 business days. I waited & here I am on 10/22/20 with no MONEY. Within this time I still haven’t had my medication , I woke up Monday morning and my dog was sick yet I have no food to buy her , I’ve missed 2 days of work now & you would think I’m making all of this up just so I can get my money back right? No this is actually a real life experience that I’m dealing with that isn’t fair at all if you ask me but it gets even better . I called back Sunday (CUSTOMER SERVICE) 10/18/20 and I stood on the phone for 45 minutes for someone to tell me I’m sorry I can’t help you out that department is close I figured it’s Sunday so I waited till Monday 10/19/20 I had to be at work early so In the process of getting ready I was on the phone finally got someone who I explain my story to & all he did was say okay give me a second and all of a sudden I heard music playing again , guessing I got sent to another department waited for what seem forever which it was then I spoke to STACY from Florida ID#7gynw I told her what had happened and how I need it this money that I had already talk to Valerie a supervisor and she told me she stop some transactions that still went thru leaving me with no money at all and that I still haven’t had my medication. so she’s like let me look into your account so she put me on hold , then came back saying that I won’t be seeing my money till 10/28/20 and I said that need it to talk to a supervisor because I was told I’d be seeing it within 1-2 days the most & she said

Walked in, wasn't even acknowledged or greeted... The greeter was helping someone in the open reset her password while other clients sat there... This bank is like a ghost town... when we asked for assistance the greeter told us to have a seat and she would help us when she was done helping the client reset her password on the phone on speaker... the tellers are just sitting at there window talking loudly about personal matters.... Luckily I have a branch by my job so I won't be attempting to visit this branch again.
